However, it is critical to understand that the absence of pain does not mean a durable repair has formed. Discs take 12 to 18 months to fully heal due to limited blood supply. You must continue to prioritize movement quality and progressive load strategy long after the pain subsides to prevent recurrent flare-ups.
No. The initial phases of your recovery can be accomplished with almost no equipment. As you progress into advanced strength integration (often outlined in the Lifetime Access tier), standard gym equipment—like barbells, dumbbells, or resistance bands—may be helpful, but nothing proprietary or hyper-expensive is strictly required.
The VIP tier includes the entire digital curriculum, plus weekly 30-minute virtual coaching sessions with one of our doctors to audit your movement, provide form corrections, and customize the programming to your unique mechanics and life schedule. Those weekly virtual sessions start the day you become a VIP member and end 6 months from that date.
